This Position reports to:

TAX MANAGER




The individual will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end compliance for indirect taxes for multiple countries. This role will report directly to the Tax Operations Manager. Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tax Operations Specialist/Sr. Specialist to support the accurate and timely execution of tax-related processes across our organization. This role involves managing tax documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, supporting tax reporting, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to streamline operations.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Tax Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain and validate tax documentation. Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations. Monitor changes in tax laws and assess operational impact.
• Tax Reporting & Reconciliation
• Assist in preparation and submission of tax filings.
• Reconcile tax and reporting data across systems. Support audits and respond to tax authority inquiries.
• Process Improvement & Automation
• Identify opportunities to improve tax workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with technology teams to implement automation solutions. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams. Liaise with external advisors and regulatory bodies as needed.

Risk Management

• Monitor and mitigate tax-related risks. Maintain internal controls and documentation for tax processes
  
  

Qualification for the role

• Minimum working experience in Taxes should be 4-7years
• CA/CWA /CA Inter/MBA Finance/M.Com/B.Com
• Having tax knowledge of overseas countries would be preferred.
• Should have problem-solving ability, as he/she will be responsible for resolving functional tax issues with respect to domestic as well as overseas countries.
• Should have good working experience in SAP /CFIN/MS Office
• Able to manage a big size of team members.
• Should have good presentation, communication, listening, and execution skills.
