As a Tax Innovation Product Management - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of developing and managing innovative software products within our Tax practice. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of product management by overseeing the entire lifecycle of products, from conception to release and beyond. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is not clear.

Your involvement will span all stages of a product's lifecycle, including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance. Responsibilities

• Managing the lifecycle of software products from definition through release and end of life
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product development with market demands
• Utilizing product management skills to drive innovation and enhance product offerings
• Designing and implementing strategies for product commercialization and go-to-market planning
• Analyzing complex problems to develop solutions that meet client needs and business objectives
• Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to support product success
• Navigating complex situations to deliver quality outcomes and support business growth
• Interpreting data to inform product insights and strategic recommendations
• Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines and requirements
  
  

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3+ years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Design, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Industrial Design, Management Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Statistics
• Excelling in product management within technology consulting environments
• Navigating complex tax innovation projects with a focus on client support
• Utilizing critical thinking to break down complex concepts and strategies
• Developing meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs
