Transfer Pricing Manager





Job Summary

As part of transfer pricing (TP) subject matter experts’ team, you provide support in the areas of TP compliance and TP margin monitoring.

Roles and Responsibilities:

TP Compliance support

• Supports other team members in preparation of TP documentation reports and other TP compliance deliverables for ABB legal entities.
• Supports other team members in TP margin monitoring process – performs calculations and analysis, maintains relevant master data reports.
• Supports other team members in other TP related projects and TP audits.
  
  

Policy and process improvement

• Identify areas for process/report standardization.
• Maintain proper audit trail and documentation for future tax/internal/external audits and reviews.
• Prepare SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all activities performed.
  
  

Best Practice and knowledge sharing

• Supports training activities and best practice sharing in the defined tax practice area.
  
  

Qualification for the role:

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, tax, business and or economics discipline.
• Basic understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing guidelines
• Good communication and proactive approach
• IS knowledge (MS Office, etc.)_ Hands on experience on MS Excel is must.
• 3-5 years in Accounting/Tax/Finance
