Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Prepare, clean, and structure detailed excel databooks using financial statements, trial balances, and MIS.
  • Build schedules and summaries for trend analysis.
  • Assist senior team members with preparing supporting analysis for reports, preliminary findings and observations.
  • Maintain accurate work papers aligned with due diligence methodology.
  • Ensure high attention to detail, especially in Excel formulas, links, and data flow.
  • Manage time effectively to meet tight client deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • CA inter or MBA preferred.
  • Prior experience in transaction services or with Big 4 is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
  • Creative problem solving, critical thinking and research skills
  • Outstanding organization and project management skills. Ability to take direction, and exercise sound judgment, tact and diplomacy
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills. Able to handle multiple priorities, tasks and simultaneous projects
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
