As a Talent Acquisition-Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and selecting top talent to join our organization. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on identifying and hiring individuals who align with our values and contribute to our success. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, in line with market developments and firm strategy. You will respond effectively to diverse perspectives and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Your work will contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, aligning with our firm's overall strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and select top talent
  • Utilizing applicant tracking systems to streamline candidate management and selection
  • Conducting behavioral interviews to assess candidate alignment with organizational values
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop strategies
  • Engaging in candidate sourcing through various channels including job boards and campus placements
  • Analyzing recruitment data to inform strategic planning and improve processes
  • Coordinating recruitment events and job fairs to enhance employer branding
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support talent acquisition initiatives
  • Implementing recruitment marketing strategies to attract diverse talent pools
  • Facilitating intake interviews to gather detailed role requirements and expectations
  • Managing vendor relationships to optimize recruitment resources and outcomes
  • Embracing change and adapting recruitment strategies to align with market trends and firm objectives

What You Must Have

  • 2+ years of experience in contract staffing and working with staffing vendors
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Graduation in any field, with a preference for degree in Human Resources or a related discipline

What Sets You Apart

  • At least one of the following: a Human Resources certification (e.g. SHRM, PHR)
  • Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems for efficient recruitment processes
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Behavioral Interviewing techniques
  • Excelling in Candidate Sourcing and Selection strategies
  • Managing End-to-End Recruitment with a focus on quality delivery
  • Engaging effectively with stakeholders to build meaningful relationships
  • Analyzing recruitment data to inform strategic planning and decision-making
