Job Summary

We are looking for a well-groomed and service-oriented Steward to join our fine dining restaurant team. The Steward will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests politely and guide them to their tables.
• Serve food and beverages as per fine dining service standards.
• Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and properly arranged before and after service.
• Assist guests with menu selection and answer basic questions about food and drinks.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service team to ensure timely service.
• Clear used dishes, glasses, and cutlery from tables.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service stations, and equipment.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Handle guest requests and complaints politely and inform seniors if needed.
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  
  

• 1–3 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant or hotel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed and presentable personality.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
  
  

• Knowledge of table setting and fine dining etiquette.
• Basic understanding of menu items and ingredients.
• Ability to handle guests professionally.
