Staff Specialist Business Analyst

Our Power & Sensor Systems (PSS) Division is seeking you for our Indian branch of our divisional Digitalization department, responsible for designing and implementing future state business processes enhanced by digital, AI-powered solutions that revolutionize the way how we work. As one of the first members in this new team, you will have the unique opportunity to support recruitment, and onboard, and mentor young talents. Furthermore, you will drive the design of groundbreaking digital solutions in close collaboration with our headquarter and corresponding engineers who will oversee technical delivery. You will leverage the latest business analysis techniques and your know-how on digital trends to create solutions that enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency and business processes, and drive sustainable profitable growth. Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Business process analysis & architecture: Analyse current businessprocesses, define future state processes with internal customers, andderive actionable requirements for digital solutions that align withcustomer needs, organizational goals and an overarching business(process) architecture.
• Project management: Drive development and implementation ofdigitalization use cases, so that they are delivered on time, with highquality and within budget, by effectively managing project timelines andinterdependencies with other organizations.
• Solution ownership: Take ownership for solutions in the field ofsemiconductor engineering and derive application roadmaps, in closecollaboration with your peers and domain experts.
• Governance & Change Management: Sustain and monitor your processesand applications and ensure effective usage through trainings and changemanagement activities.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Act as main point of contact for yourproject counterparts from business and other central departments,collect requirements and communicate project progress, challenges, andachievements to your management & sponsors.
• Customer-centric innovation: Identify opportunities for processimprovements and new technologies that enhance customer satisfaction,while proactively engaging in suggesting and implementing enhancementsthat directly address customer needs and add value.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• A degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Management or a related field of study.
• More than 5 years of relevant work experience in consulting or a corporate function driving digitalization and transformation, especially with customer facing responsibilities.
• Foundational understanding of processes in semiconductors engineering & operations.
• Demonstrated capability to evaluate business requirements and conceptualize corresponding digital or AI-driven solutions.
• Ability to manage requirements for Data Engineering and Software Engineering.
• Proficiency in (agile) project management and related tools (e.g.,Confluence, JIRA).
• Proficiency in Mock-Up development is a must (e.g. Figma).Proficiency in Data visualization and Rapid Prototype development is a clear plus (e.g. Tableau or Low-Code platforms like Outsystems).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate and resolve challenges in a large, dynamic and complex environment while being sensitive to soft aspects.
