Staff Engineer Verification

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Perform digital verification of complex digital design IPs and subsystems, including ASICs and SoCs
• Coordinate overall digital verification activities, including verification planning, tracking, reporting as well as requirement-based verification
• Work with cross-functional teams, including concept and design teams, to ensure high-quality designs
• Contribute to digital verification, either from scratch or using legacy verification environments and flows
• Focus on reusing verification components to improve efficiency
• Identify and mitigate risks in dynamic projects, with proactive communication to the project team
• Mentor junior verification engineers to help them develop their skills
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Masters or Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science
• 6-10 years of digital verification experience, with a deep understanding of all technical aspects of verification
• Outstanding expertise in digital verification, including state-of-the-art tools and methodologies (SV-UVM, Xcelium, vManager, Certitude, etc.)
• Verification experience in Graphics IP design, cryptographic hardware IP design is a plus
• Self-motivated, flexible, with good communication and interpersonal skills, and a good team player who can work well with both internal and external partners.
• Candidate has proven ability to achieve results in a very dynamic,multi-site environment and be able to coordinate with priorities andself-initiatives
• Proven ability to solve problems with higher complexity by proactively involving expert networks
• Familiarity with version-controlling systems (e.g., Git/Bitbucket, ClearCase, CVS, SVN) and bug-management systems (e.g., JIRA)
