Sr Staff Engineer

We are looking for your experience and your willingness to use it toachieve cross-project success. Moreover, as a technical lead you are able to plan and track work packages, delegate tasks and manage relationships to key stakeholders. You should have very strong hold on the timing topics and hands-on experience in this domain. Very good hands-on experience on languages like Tcl, Perl, and Python

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Understand design requirements to close timing in digital flow, and develop solutions to achieve their goal.
• Provide technical leadership for flow and methodology topics in multi-site projects in timing area
• Steer cross-functional teams to meet Performance and schedule goals -manage stakeholders from BUs
• Analyse and solve problems of high complexity using your global expert network
• Keep management updated with high-level reports
• Manage day to day activities for timing sub flows, including design support
• Manage the timing team
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• You should have these additional qualifications:
• A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics or a similar field
• At least 10 years of experience in CAD or Timing verification of highly complex SoCs
• A good understanding in all aspects of RTL2GDS
• Proven technical leadership skills
• Hand-on experience and people management skills as well.
• Sound programming skills and knowledge in scripting languages e.g Tcl,Perl or Python
• Very good Communication and leadership skills, along with people management
