Job Description
In your new role you will:
Understand design requirements to close timing in digital flow, and develop solutions to achieve their goal.
Provide technical leadership for flow and methodology topics in multi-site projects in timing area
Steer cross-functional teams to meet Performance and schedule goals -manage stakeholders from BUs
Analyse and solve problems of high complexity using your global expert network
Keep management updated with high-level reports
Manage day to day activities for timing sub flows, including design support
Manage the timing team
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
You should have these additional qualifications:
A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics or a similar field
At least 10 years of experience in CAD or Timing verification of highly complex SoCs
A good understanding in all aspects of RTL2GDS
Proven technical leadership skills
Hand-on experience and people management skills as well.
Sound programming skills and knowledge in scripting languages e.g Tcl,Perl or Python
Very good Communication and leadership skills, along with people management
