Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Create, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation using DITA XML (concepts, tasks, references, and maps)
• Develop modular, reusable, and structured content following DITA best practices
• Enforce terminology consistency and information architecture standards
• Perform substantive editing, copy editing, and proof reading of technical content
• Maintain documentation accuracy across releases and product versions
• Apply AI responsibly to improve efficiency while maintaining editorial accuracy and human oversight
• Contribute to defining best practices for AI usage in technical documentation workflows
• Use Python to automate documentation-related tasks such as: Content validation, and quality checks
• Collaborate with tools and engineering teams to integrate automation into documentation pipelines
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• 3-5 years of experience as a technical writer
• Strong hands-on experience with DITA XML and structured authoring
• Proven editorial expertise, including editing for clarity, grammar, style, and consistency
• Experience working with CMS and documentation tools
• Basic to intermediate Python skills for scripting and automation
• Working knowledge of AI tools applied to technical documentation or content workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
