• 15-18 years of experience of successfully working collaboratively to translate business goals into technical solutions and advising teams on optimal technology strategies to achieve business results.
• Drive the architecture and implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions on IBM Cloud and hybrid environments. You will blend deep Java/J2EE expertise with microservices, DevOps, and emerging agentic AI techniques—designing frameworks for autonomous agents, RAG-powered assistants, and LLM orchestration. This role partners closely with product teams to deliver robust, explainable, and user-centric services across industries. Key Responsibilities
• Architect and develop microservices-based platforms on IBM Cloud (Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes) and hybrid landscapes
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, IBM Cloud Schematics), monitoring (Grafana, Dynatrace) and automated incident management
• Lead the integration of agentic AI capabilities: LangChain workflows, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), LLM orchestration, and context-aware chatbots
• Define governance models and onboarding flows that ensure transparency, security, and scalability for internal and external stakeholders
• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, conduct code and design reviews, and foster agile best practices (Scrum, Kanban)
• Collaborate with product and research groups to embed AI ethics, explainability, and data privacy into every service
  
  

• Proven track record in transforming monolithic systems into cloud-native microservices
• Hands-on experience building unified messaging or event streaming services with GitOps approaches
• Prior work on RAG-driven chatbots, context-aware assistants, or cognitive search solutions
• Familiarity with IBM watsonx Orchestrate and watsonx.ai
• Contributions to patents, open-source AI frameworks, or speaking engagements at industry conference
