Salesforce Core Developer - Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and high-performance Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages where applicable.
• Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance user experience and interface capabilities aligned with business requirements.
• Optimize Apex code with bulkification best practices and stay mindful of Salesforce governor limits to ensure efficient transaction processing.
• Implement comprehensive error handling and logging to ensure maintainability and fault tolerance.
• Implement and customize Service Cloud features, including Case Management, Entitlements, Service Console, Omnichannel Routing, Knowledge Base, and Milestones.
• Create and maintain robust test classes with high coverage and meaningful test scenarios according to Salesforce requirements.
• Work on complex Salesforce configurations like access and security configurations, workflows, flows, validation rules and approval processes.
• Design and implement both synchronous and asynchronous integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Batch Apex, and Queueable Apex.
• Write efficient SOQL and SOSL queries and optimize them for performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to deliver incremental features and enhancements.
• Utilize industry standard DevOps tools and processes such as JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), or Copado to manage source control, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and change management.
• Peer review of deliverables from other developers in the team
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives as an active team contributor.
• Estimate the stories as part of sprint planning.
• Continuously explore new Salesforce features, best practices, and technologies to improve system capabilities and team proficiency.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to ensure adherence to coding standards and Salesforce architectural patterns.
