This Position reports to:

Service Operations Manager





Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive service sales processes, generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated areas. Each day, you will focus on Installed Base (IB) penetration and selling the entire Service product portfolio. You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships and ensuring immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.

The work model for the role is:

This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area for Customer Service Team based in Bangalore, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Creating the New CC in MDG, checking the Sale orders under Credit block and getting released from the SAP.
  • Knowledge of Inventory Management (Checking the stock availability before placing the Purchase Order to Factory)
  • Collaborating with Transport & Logistics (T&L Team) when it’s required to support documents for smooth clearance of Import Shipments.
  • Good Coordination with Sales, Planning, Logistics, Supply chain & Finance Team.


Qualifications For The Role

  • Any bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operation execution.
  • Strong understanding of O2C, P2P and SAP usage.
  • Good Knowledge and Expertise on Order to Cash Process (O2C), Receive, Review and Processing Customer orders in ERP (SAP) as per business targets received from Sales team on time. verify each order details such as pricing, Quantities, Delivery dates and Terms & Conditions.
  • Knowledge of Procurement to Pay(P2P), creating PR , PO across CS business as per business requirement. Revenue Planning and Dispatches to meet Business target.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
