The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Advisory – Acceleration Center team you will contribute to the development and customization of the ServiceNow platform, enhancing client solutions through innovative workflows and automation. As an Associate you will focus on learning and supporting senior staff, engaging in research, and participating in project tasks to deliver quality work while building meaningful client connections. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can develop your technical skills and grow your personal brand while navigating complex challenges.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • Bachelors Degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
  • Developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Utilizing Java, JavaScript, and AngularJS skills

Associate – ServiceNow Developer

Line of Service: Advisory – Acceleration Center

Experience: 2-4 Years

Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Configuration & Development:

 Perform configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform, including the creation of

workflows, portals, forms, UI elements, and custom applications.

 Develop Service Catalog items, Catalog Client Scripts, and leverage Flow Designer for automation.

 Build automated scripts and advanced customizations including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI

Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Workflows, and Custom Tables.

 Develop integrations and process automations using Orchestration, Web Services, APIs, SOAP/REST

calls, and third-party tools.

 Automate routine tasks and business processes using ServiceNow native capabilities.

Testing, Upgrades & Platform Maintenance

 Perform unit, functional, system, and integration testing using sample and live data.

 Support platform upgrades and enhancements while adhering to PwC’s release management, SDLC,

and best practices.

 Load, manipulate, cleanse, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems as required.

Documentation & Delivery Support

 Create clear and structured technical documentation including design specifications, configuration

guides, test scripts, and support documentation.

 Support Agile delivery processes by contributing to user stories, participating in sprints, and

collaborating with cross-functional delivery teams.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

 Work closely with developers, testers, business analysts, and senior consultants to deliver high-quality

solutions.

 Support client communication, prepare demo materials, and participate in requirement discussions

under guidance.

 Display strong teamwork, adaptability, and enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced consulting

environment.

Position Requirements:

 2+ years of hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow Platform, ideally in modules such as

ITSM, HRSD, SPM, or custom applications.

 Strong technical skills in Java, JavaScript, AngularJS, and scripting within ServiceNow.

 Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar).

 Ability to analyze requirements, solve problems, and develop scalable technical solutions.

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members

and clients.

 Ability to perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and data management activities.

Basic Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.

 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT, digital, or cloud technology roles within consulting or enterprise

environments.

 ServiceNow Certifications Such As:

  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)

 Exposure to cloud, integration patterns, automation tooling, or enterprise workflow platforms. or job description details.
