Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive recruiters to support end-to-end search processes and requisition management in Workday
  • Provide administrative support for sourcing activities and candidate coordination
  • Draft, edit, and finalize candidate nomination and presentation materials
  • Prepare candidate profiles, interview materials, and briefing documents
  • Ensure all candidate documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with internal standards
  • Maintain and validate candidate data in ATS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Support reporting requirements, including pipeline tracking and search progress updates
  • Drive consistency and quality across executive recruiting processes and ensure compliance with policies
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based recruiters and global stakeholders to ensure seamless execution across time zones
  • Support TA projects, process improvements, tool implementations, and ad hoc hiring initiatives Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required in writing, communication, marketing, operations or other related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Coordination, or Executive Search support
  • Experience supporting executive-level or senior leadership hiring processes preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in documentation and data management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with global teams, particularly supporting U.S.-based stakeholders
  • Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support U.S. based teams
