Responsibilities

Were looking for an experienced Senior Staff Software Engineer - Fullstack to drive our frontend engineering with a strong full-stack approach. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ReactJS and Next.js, bridging the gap between innovative UI development and robust backend implementation to join our OneUI team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, youll be responsible for:

• Architecting, designing, and implementing sophisticated, enterprise-grade web applications utilizing modern frameworks such as ReactJS, Next.js, TypeScript, and Redux
• Building, optimizing, and maintaining complex, data-driven dashboards and create advanced data visualizations (e.g., leveraging D3.js)
• Developing and maintaining scalable, reusable UI components and robust frameworks to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Collaborating closely with UX/UI designers to deliver seamless, intuitive, and globally accessible user experiences. Work with product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable enterprise software
• Integrating and interacting effectively with backend APIs and microservices. Contribute to server-side (Node.js) and other full-stack projects as required
  
  
  

What Were Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

• A minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in UI engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on architecting and delivering large-scale, production-ready applications using ReactJS and Redux
• Deep expertise in ReactJS development, including TypeScript, ES6+, and advanced state management paradigms
• Strong proficiency in semantic HTML and CSS, encompassing responsive design, mobile-first methodologies, and a meticulous understanding of the CSS box model
• Proven track record of developing reusable UI components and robust frameworks using ReactJS/JavaScript
• Proficiency with essential front-end build tools, package managers, monorepo architectures (e.g., Nx), and version control systems (e.g., npm, Git)
  
  
  

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Operational proficiency in backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Go) and a variety of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL)
• Demonstrable experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automated deployment strategies
• A proven history of contributions to open source UI libraries, frameworks, or internal design systems
