Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Collect, document, and validate business requirements for PMO initiatives and projects
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and process documentation
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of PMO standards, methodologies and processes
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports to monitor KPIs, project health, and portfolio performance
• Conduct variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting to support decision-making
• Provide analytical support for portfolio prioritization, risk management, and resource planning
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis and/or data analytics, preferably within a PMO or project-driven environment
• Strong experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to lead initiatives, manage stakeholders and work effectively in a highly collaborative Project Management Office environment
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
