We’re looking for a performance marketer who can own paid acquisition end-to-end. Someone with a strong marketing mindset to run campaigns and drive experimentation. We belive in giving people ownership and empowering them. So youll enjoy the ability to influence creatives, opportunity to shape messaging, and uncovering deep context that comes with this role.
What You’ll Do
- Own and run paid campaigns on Google and Meta.
- Build and iterate landing pages aligned to campaigns.
- Design experiments across ads and pages to improve performance.
- Track and improve CTR, CPC, CVR, and lead quality.
- Turn data into concrete actions and iterations.
- Build repeatable learning loops for growth.
- Plus one more secondary skill that really propels your candidature.
What You Bring
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong fundamentals in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
- Clear marketing instincts: you care about persuasion, trust, and positioning.
- Comfort shaping messaging and creative direction.
- Ability to build or meaningfully influence landing pages.
- Analytical thinking and strong ownership mindset.
- Curiosity to deeply understand SaaS products and technical buyers.
Nice to Have
- SaaS experience.
- Strong messaging sense: can translate product value into clear, persuasive copy and think in terms of trust and buyer psychology.
- Creative direction instinct: can define campaign ideas, guide visuals with designers, and improve creatives using performance data.
- Familiarity with WordPress or the agency ecosystem.
- Exposure to CRO frameworks (not mandatory).
