Senior Marketing Writer

The Role

• You will primarily research, strategise, and write YouTube videos aimed at growing a deeply engaged community of US agency owners.
• To give you a head start, we already have 5K US customers, a YouTube channel with 65k subscribers, and relationships with 100+ influencers.
• Your mission is to create compelling business and educational content that helps US agency owners scale their MRR using our platform—WPRemote. Some of the biggest global agencies have used this to scale up to 3000+ retainers!
• These stories will be told through YouTube, Instagram, and our website, so you’ll need to understand each medium and write effectively for all of them. This includes testing new tools, scouring Reddit for user research, creating screen recordings, and developing a deep understanding of web design.
• You’ll be supported by one senior writer, two video editors, and one SME. You’ll have full ownership to build this function as you see fit. Strong engagement and high-quality content are the only KPIs.
• You’ll receive a monthly marketing budget of 1L–3L to accelerate growth. The salary range is 10L–18L per annum, depending on experience.
• Our products (website security, performance, etc.) are somewhat technical, so you should be comfortable learning them and effectively becoming a pseudo web designer and agency owner yourself.
