Senior Graphic Designer With Architecture Background - 4 To 8 Years Exp

Overview

Design and produce branded, RFP-compliant layouts, infographics, and presentation materials that elevate proposal quality and support win themes. Lead layout in Word/PowerPoint and build complex documents, proposal interview slide decks and templates in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, photoshop and Interview presentations in PPT.

Your role

• Own visual strategy and page architecture; apply AtkinsRéalis brand consistently across Word, PPT, and InDesign deliverables.
• Create pursuit-specific graphics: processes, roadmaps, org charts, schedules, case study callouts, and iconography.
• Lay out proposals in InDesign/Word, manage styles, tables, and cross-references; prepare print and screen-optimized PDFs.
• Partner with Proposal Manager/Writer to visualize technical approaches and ensure accessibility and readability.
• Execute rigorous preflight checks (fonts, links, bleeds, bookmarks) and color-review change incorporation.
• Support interview decks and exhibit packages; coordinate with print vendors for submission/overnight shipping as required.
• Contribute to template evolution and design system assets within the proposal library
• Take constructive feedback and apply it to enhance the delivery.
• Deadline & Task Management.
• Balances multiple deadlines; converts complex technical content into clear visuals while maintaining compliance and brand.
• Operates independently within brand and compliance constraints; recommends layouts and graphics that improve scoring.
• Interact closely with proposal writers and SMEs during iterative reviews.
• Proposal Managers, Writers, Technical SMEs, Compliance/Forms, Print/Production teams.
  
  

About You

• 5–8 years experience in Graphic design.
• Bachelors degree in graphic design, communication design, B. Arch Bachelor of Architecture (with a minimum of 3 years of Graphic design experience), Bachelor of product design /visual communication or related field.
• Work portfolio demonstrating graphic design works. Advantage for candidates with graphics related to data visualization: proposal/bid work.
• Expert Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; advanced MS PowerPoint; strong Word styles knowledge.
• Prepress and digital accessibility basics; attention to detail and version control.
• Comfort with color reviews and IQR; ability to work across time zones and shifting priorities.
• English grammar proficiency & editing skills
