  • Drive customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Train and mentor junior customer service representatives to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and positive customer experiences.
  • Utilize customer feedback to improve customer service processes and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Monitor customer service metrics and prepare reports for management review.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep customer service team informed.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Manage a team of customer service representatives to meet performance goals and targets.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role with a minimum of 10 years experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
