Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive in client Servicing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in client servicing within the digital marketing industry. As a Senior Executive in client Servicing, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their business goals, and ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all communication and inquiries.
• Understand client goals and objectives, and develop digital marketing strategies to meet and exceed them.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients, highlighting successes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and ROI to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of innovative and effective digital marketing solutions.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client servicing within the digital marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
