Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Ensure that process assurance activities are executed in the assigned development projects as defined in the organisation through the Quality Management System.
• Ensure that the released products meet the required industry quality standards.
• Plan and execute project and process audits.
• Take over and execute the role of SW QM (Software Quality Management)for the SW projects as per quality standards and industry regulations, by means of release audits, KPI definition and monitoring.
• Contribute to continuous learning and improvement of the organisation by using problem-solving techniques, such as 8D and 5-Whys of the Six-Sigma Toolbox, as well as by moderating lessons learned in the assigned projects.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Engineering or equivalent degree.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Quality Management.
• Founded knowledge and on-field experience of industry-relevant quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949.
• Knowledge of the Automotive Functional Safety and/or Cybersecurity standards (ISO 26262, ISO 21434) is a plus.
• As a QM professional, the ability to moderate problem-solving and lessons-learned sessions with experienced technical leads.
• Understanding and possibly experience in Agile development environment (e.g. SCRUM)
• Ability to interact with technical colleagues as well as with management layers.
• Customer orientation and genuine passion for quality and operational excellence.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), knowledge of the German language is a plus.
