As a Senior Associate - Manufacturing Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational improvements and product development within our Operations Consulting practice. You will leverage your skills to analyze complex manufacturing processes and develop innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections, anticipating needs, and navigating complex situations to deliver quality work. You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth while maintaining professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading manufacturing excellence initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality
• Developing and implementing product development strategies that align with client objectives
• Conducting feasibility studies and market trend analysis to inform product positioning and strategy
• Utilizing lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize production processes
• Managing product lifecycle from ideation to market launch, confirming alignment with go-to-market strategies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and embrace emerging technologies
• Overseeing procurement and supply chain management to support production control and cost analysis
• Documenting and simulating processes to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Providing client support by actively listening and accepting feedback to refine project deliverables
• Mentoring junior team members in operations management and strategy development
  
  

• At least a Bachelors degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Demonstrating proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Utilizing advanced analytical thinking for manufacturing cost analysis
• Embracing emerging technologies to enhance product lifecycle management
• Developing comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps
