As a Senior Associate in Deals Advisory - Deals Strategy, you will engage directly with clients to provide strategic insights and solutions within our Deals practice. You will be instrumental in analyzing complex business scenarios, developing strategies, and delivering impactful results that align with client objectives. This role offers the chance to work closely with clients, building meaningful relationships and understanding their unique needs.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex situations, mentor junior team members, and uphold professional standards. You will focus on relationship building, managing others, and personal growth, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and anticipate client needs. Your ability to interpret data and provide informed recommendations will be key to delivering quality work and enhancing your personal brand.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Developing acquisition strategies and evaluating business plans to identify growth opportunities
  • Performing financial modeling and financial statement analysis to assess potential deals
  • Engaging in customer due diligence and financial due diligence to validate transaction assumptions
  • Analyzing industry trends and market trends to support strategic planning and value creation initiatives
  • Collaborating with teams to design and implement post-merger integration plans
  • Utilizing Capital IQ and other tools for monitoring and analyzing financial trends
  • Supporting corporate development efforts through scenario analysis and strategic evaluations
  • Contributing to deal structures and corporate development strategies to enhance competitive advantage
  • Facilitating communication and active listening to foster teamwork and inclusion within project teams

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

  • Preference for a Master's of Business Administration degree
