As a Senior Manager specializing in SAP Finance, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for SAP finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will empower clients to optimize financial processes and improve financial reporting, enabling them to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional networks to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with clients. Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation and integration of SAP finance applications to optimize client financial processes
• Analyzing client requirements and developing tailored software solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of SAP finance applications
• Collaborating with clients to improve financial reporting and achieve strategic objectives
• Managing large-scale projects and guiding teams through complex problem-solving scenarios
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying financial challenges and opportunities
• Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine solutions
• Directing teams through ambiguous and challenging situations with composure
• Developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive high-performing teams
• Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to enhance team effectiveness
• Making informed decisions to resolve issues impacting team performance
• Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards within the firm
• Utilizing financial management software to support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide strategic insights to clients
• Presenting financial reports and advising clients on financial planning and risk management strategies
  
  

• At least a Bachelors degree
• At least 12 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
• Demonstrating advanced skills in SAP Central Finance and SAP FICO
• Utilizing financial transformation strategies to drive business improvements
• Excelling in financial reporting and analytics within SAP environments
• Leading teams through complex financial system implementations
• Applying strategic questioning to uncover financial opportunities and challenges
