You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you drive Salesforce consulting initiatives, focusing on advanced Agent Force features and AI-driven decision models. As a Manager you lead a team of developers, supporting projects to be delivered on time and meet elevated standards. You customize Agent Force actions, integrate Salesforce Flows, and manage API integrations to enhance decision-making, while fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Bachelors Degree
• 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering preferred
• Salesforce Certifications such as Application and System Architect preferred
• Experience with advanced AgentForce features
• Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein Integration
• Understanding of cloud-native development
• Leading and mentoring a team of developers
• Proficiency in Apex and workflow automation
• Skill in API integrations
• Knowledge of automation and scalability tools
