Job Description

  • Design and execute sales capability building programs for regional teams
  • Create and deliver training for sales executives and front-line managers
  • Drive end-to-end training strategy, including content development, rollout, and impact assessment
  • Partner with commercial leadership and cross-functional teams to align training with business goals
  • Support regional (India + international) sales performance improvement through structured learning initiatives
  • Manage ongoing skill development, coaching frameworks, and field effectiveness programs
  • 12-15 years of experience with a strong foundation in diagnostics and commercial/sales environments
  • Proven expertise in sales capability building and training, with the ability to both design and deliver impactful programs
  • Demonstrated exposure to regional markets (India + international/APAC)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering closely with sales leadership
  • High ownership mindset, comfortable working as an individual contributor with end-to-end responsibility
