Job Description
- Primary skills:Technology->Reactive Programming->react JS
- Design and develop responsive, modular, and reusable React components for complex web applications.
- Collaborate with Node.js/backend teams to define and integrate RESTful/JSON APIs and ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.
- Lead technical design discussions, propose architectural improvements, and ensure alignment with overall solution architecture.
- Optimize front-end performance, including bundle size, rendering efficiency, and perceived load times.
- Implement state management, routing, and component composition patterns following industry best practices.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to clean coding standards and patterns.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing guidance on React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and general engineering practices.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and visual designs into pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues across different browsers and devices.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and development workflows to improve delivery speed and reliability.
- Knowledge of more than one technology
- Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals
- Knowledge of Testing tools
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
- Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes
- Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements
- Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills
- Good understanding of the technology and domain
- Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modelling methods
- Awareness of latest technologies and trends
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills
