Job Description
- 2+ years relevant experience with development of Web Browser for embedded systems with focus on to multimedia
- Excellent C/C++ programming skills
- Proven experience with WebKit(WPE) porting and/or development, good knowledge about other Web browser engines
- HTML & JavaScript code development experience with deep understanding on how that is translated to WebBrowser engine
- OpenGL ES2 and graphics programming
- Proven embedded Linux experience and good understanding of real time operating systems concepts
- Expertise with MSE/EME extensions development
- Experience with DRM used in OTT streaming(PlayReady/Widevine)
- Good knowledge about various streaming technologies and A/V containers(HLS, MPEG-DASH)
- Good knowledge of modern rendering and window managers (Wayland, Weston, Westeros) is a big plus
- Work on RDKV (Reference Design Kit – Video) platform development and customization
- Design and develop multimedia web browser solutions for embedded systems
- Work on WebKit (WPE) porting, customization, and browser engine enhancements
- Contribute to OTT streaming solutions with focus on performance and scalability
- Develop and optimize graphics rendering using OpenGL ES2
- Implement and enhance MSE (Media Source Extensions) / EME (Encrypted Media Extensions) functionalities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of features
- Debug and resolve performance, stability, and compatibility issues in embedded environments
