QA Resource

  • Experience range – 4 to 8 years
  • Mandatory Skills : Medical Coding/Billing experience (This is a MUST) + SQL
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience working in EMR is an added advantage.

Important Note : As its not very common to find a QA resource with Medical Coding/Billing knowledge, we may need get a person from either the support/BPO side who knows billing and is interested to move as a QA. Candidates who have worked majorly in the EMR Billing support team will be a good fit into this role.
