Python GenAI

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python-based components that support Generative AI use cases, ensuring clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Build end-to-end AI workflows including data preparation, prompt design, orchestration, and integration into applications.
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities into products/services via APIs and modular services, focusing on reliability and performance.
• Implement evaluation approaches for Generative AI outputs (quality, safety, consistency) and iterate based on measurable results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to refine requirements, define success metrics, and deliver incremental improvements.
• Troubleshoot and optimize AI pipelines and Python services, addressing latency, scalability, and operational stability.
• Contribute to documentation, code reviews, and engineering best practices to support team productivity and knowledge sharing. Minimum Qualifications:
• B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience building solutions using Python.
• Practical experience working with Generative AI concepts and implementing GenAI-driven features or prototypes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to write robust code, debug effectively, and deliver within timelines.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and communicate technical ideas clearly to varied stakeholders.
