Led automation in project management tasks, including planning from reference data and quality checks on documentation. Owned key reporting tools like the weekly Pre Alert Report and automated dashboards, bridging data gaps and enhancing project visibility. Enabled reuse of reference data and drove continuous improvements in reporting efficiency.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

Project Data Support:

• Drive and develop automatization in typical project management tasks e.g. planning from reference data
  
  

- Collect and provide Reference Data for further Reuse

• Drive automatized quality checks on project documentation data
• Bridge information gaps with implementing dashboards based on project data
• be the owner of already implemented services like weekly Pre Alert Report or automatized Reporting Tool
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor in Electronics/Computer Science 2+ years of experience in project office handling reporting and supporting PJMs 3 + years in overall industry experience
• Very good IT knowledge to structure and develop automaticed readouts by using Excel, VBA , Python; Java and visualize them for automated reporting .
• Know how to improve AI knowledge in the PJM community and strive for further enhancements in sense of PJM
• Proven track record in project management across all aspects of the development using waterfall or agile methodology Experience of using project planning tools such as MS Project, Atlassian JIRA and Confluence, or similar. good communication skills.
• English as Must.
• Working in a global team , so good communication and acting as team player is required.
• We focus on the customer- the customer are PJMs.
