Role

We are looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to join our Information Security Compliance team. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore, India reporting to the Director, Information Security Compliance. You will lead the technical strategy and delivery of compliance solutions, ensuring our world-class cloud security platform meets rigorous global standards while maintaining speed and agility. Youll act as a critical bridge between regulatory requirements and engineering execution.

What You’ll Do (Role Expectations)

  • Lead the technical strategy, design, and successful delivery of compliance processes and solutions related to internal controls, access management, and critical regulatory alignment
  • Partner deeply with Security, IT, Engineering, and Product teams to embed compliance requirements directly into products, software development lifecycles, and cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure
  • Develop refined technical workflows for critical areas like user access, segregation of duties, and access reviews to balance compliance needs with operational scalability
  • Convert complex regulatory and audit expectations into practical, secure, scalable, and technologically efficient internal processes and technical controls
  • Lead and mentor a team of compliance analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical problem-solving within the compliance domain

Who You Are (Success Profile)

  • You thrive in ambiguity. Youre comfortable building the path as you walk it. You thrive in a dynamic environment, seeing ambiguity not as a hindrance, but as the raw material to build something meaningful.
  • You act like an owner. Your passion for the mission fuels your bias for action. You operate with integrity because you genuinely care about the outcome. True ownership involves leveraging dynamic range: the ability to navigate seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
  • You are a problem-solver. You love running towards the challenges because you are laser-focused on finding the solution, knowing that solving the hard problems delivers the biggest impact.
  • You are a high-trust collaborator. You are ambitious for the team, not just yourself. You embrace our challenge culture by giving and receiving ongoing feedback—knowing that candor delivered with clarity and respect is the truest form of teamwork and the fastest way to earn trust.
  • You are a learner. You have a true growth mindset and are obsessed with your own development, actively seeking feedback to become a better partner and a stronger teammate. You love what you do and you do it with purpose.

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 10–12 years of progressive experience in technical program management, software engineering, systems architecture, or deeply technical roles with exposure to security and compliance initiatives
  • Deep understanding of how modern systems are built, secured, and operated, with the ability to dive into technical architectures and implementation details with engineers
  • Practical experience and hands-on exposure to public cloud platforms like AWS or GCP and familiarity with their security and compliance frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with IAM/IGA tools and processes, including user access reviews, access certification, and entitlement workflows within technical systems

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Demonstrated track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects that involve implementing or improving technical controls alongside developers, architects, and IT teams
  • Proven ability to leverage technology to optimize processes and develop robust technical solutions for complex compliance objectives
