Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Pizza Maker (Commis I) to prepare high-quality pizzas while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares pizza dough, sauces, and toppings as per standard recipes
• Stretches, assembles, and bakes pizzas with proper technique
• Ensures consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Maintains cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and pizza station
• Follows food safety standards and kitchen SOPs
• Supports senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
• Checks stock levels and informs seniors for replenishment
• Ensures proper storage of ingredients and minimizes wastage
  
  

• 1–3 years of experience as a Pizza Maker or in a similar role
• Basic knowledge of pizza preparation techniques and baking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Good understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
• Team player with a positive attitude
