People Lead

Your Responsibilities

• Resource Management: Monitor team utilization, ensuring fair workload distribution and optimal resource planning. Lead team meetings and complete required administrative tasks (e.g. reports, annual reviews).
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with SAP technologies and best practices, promoting innovation and growth within the team.
• Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team of consultants, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and performance management. Set development targets, provide regular feedback, and conduct annual performance reviews to ensure team growth.
  
  

Your Experience And Skills

• Require more than 10years of experience in People Lead role in SAP Consulting.
• He / She will be responsible for developing strategy, managing large teams, and delivering excellence
• Maintain an accurate database of employee skills, certifications, and project experience.
• Monitor and analyze resource utilization (billable hours) to avoid over- or under-utilization, and forecast future demand to prevent capacity bottlenecks.
• Build and manage high-performing teams, mentor consultants, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Support employee growth by aligning project assignments with career aspirations and fostering skill development.
• Ability to coach, develop, and inspire team members, ensuring both individual and team success.
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing complex, large-scale SAP projects from start to finish.
• Solution-oriented and positive hands-on mentality.
• Readiness to travel if the role requires it.
