As a Palantir AI Engineer- Senior Associate, you will leverage advanced analytics and statistical techniques to transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will engage in exploratory and descriptive analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization to solve complex business problems and inform strategic decisions. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, allowing you to interpret data to inform insights and recommendations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain AI/ML and Generative AI solutions on Palantir Foundry and AIP platforms, including building workflows, agents, chatbots, logic functions, prompts, and AI-enabled applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement high-value AI, automation, analytics, and decision intelligence opportunities.
• Perform comprehensive data science tasks such as exploratory analysis, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, experimentation, and monitoring.
• Design and build data pipelines, transformations, and reusable data products using Python, SQL, PySpark, Foundry tools, and integrate data from multiple enterprise sources.
• Work closely with Ontology teams to connect datasets, models, and functions, supporting AI-powered workflows and business applications, while ensuring model validation, explainability, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Communicate findings, insights, risks, and recommendations to diverse stakeholders and mentor junior members and contribute to documentation, standards, and best practices.
  
  

• At least a Bachelor's & Master's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Experience with Palantir Application Developer (AD) tasks, including Workshop, Ontology-driven apps, Actions, Functions, OSDK and user-facing application development.
• Proven ability to build production-grade pipelines and analytics products in regulated or complex enterprise settings.
• Relevant certifications in Palantir, Generative AI, cloud platforms, data engineering, machine learning or data science.
• Strong Agile delivery skills, effective stakeholder management, active listening, mentoring and a focus on continuous improvement.
