The Opportunity

As part of the Oracle Supply Chain and Operations team you shall analyze complex business issues and contribute to the delivery of client solutions. As a Senior Associate, you shall leverage your experience to mentor junior team members, uphold professional standards, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating uncertainty and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain processes to identify enhancement opportunities
• Mentor junior associates to foster their growth and development
• Uphold professional standards in every project deliverable
• Navigate complex supply chain challenges with innovative solutions
• Collaborate with clients to understand their operational needs
• Develop and implement strategies to improve order management
• Monitor project timelines and confirm adherence to schedules
• Provide insights based on data analysis to drive improvements
  
  

• Bachelors Degree
• 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications experience, specifically specialized in any two of the modules: Procurement, OM, Inventory Management, Maintenance, and/or Manufacturing
• Should have completed minimum two end-to-end implementations in Fusion Procurement/Inv/OM/INV/Maintenance/Manufacturing modules, upgradation, lift and shift and support projects experience
  
  

• Proven track record as a subject matter authority
• Experience in integrating emerging technologies like AI
• Mentoring junior team members and conducting knowledge sharing
• Demonstrating critical thinking in unstructured problem-solving
• Upholding the firms code of ethics and business conduct
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
• Flexibility to work in stretch assignments
• Advanced level of knowledge in Fusion Financials AP, AR functionality is a plus
• Advanced level of knowledge on Cost Accounting & Receipt Accounting
