You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you are responsible for analyzing complex problems and managing client engagements. As a Senior Associate, you guide and mentor junior team members while maintaining professional and technical standards to deliver quality solutions. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience in cloud HCM and a Bachelors Degree, along with the ability to build meaningful client relationships and navigate complexity in project execution.

• Mentor and support junior associates in their development
• Maintain exceptional standards of professionalism in client engagements
• Collaborate with clients to address their HR needs
• Identify and implement leading practices in HCM solutions

What You Must Have

• Bachelors Degree
• 5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Degree in BE/BTECH/ME/MTECH/MBA/MCA
• Strength in process knowledge in Oracle modules
• Experience in driving workshops and coordinating with clients
• Ability to analyze and solve client requirements
• Minimum 16 years of formal education
• Experience in cloud HCM modules
• Ability to work independently and develop colleagues
