As an Oracle Gen AI Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the complexities of Oracle data and analytics, utilizing Oracles suite of tools to transform data into actionable insights. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will specialize in consulting services for business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will act as a strategic advisor, applying your skills to drive scalable and secure GenAI initiatives that align with business goals. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and delivering quality results.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for tasks such as data collection, cleansing, transformation, modeling, visualization, and analysis using Oracle tools like Oracle Database and Oracle Analytics Cloud. You will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on feedback to enhance project delivery. Your ability to navigate complex problems and develop impactful solutions will contribute to the success of our firm. By staying updated on industry trends, you will inform strategic decisions and innovate processes to maintain operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Generative AI systems using Oracle tools and technologies
• Guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality results aligned with business objectives
• Innovating processes to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency
• Analyzing complex data sets to derive insights and develop impactful solutions
• Utilizing Oracle Analytics Cloud and Oracle Data Integrator for data collection, cleansing, and transformation
• Developing data models and visualizations to support strategic decision-making
• Maintaining scalability and security of GenAI initiatives to meet client needs
• Fostering collaboration across various teams and stakeholders to achieve exceptional outcomes
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities
• Crafting and conveying clear, engaging messages that tell a holistic story
• Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to improve service delivery
• Staying updated on industry trends to inform strategic decisions and maintain relevance
  
  

• At least a Bachelors degree
• At least 6 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certifications; cloud architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud); cloud data engineering certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks); Snowflake certifications
• Leading the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Generative AI systems
• Demonstrating thought leadership in GenAI technologies
• Mentoring multidisciplinary AI teams
• Utilizing Oracle tools for data analysis and visualization
• Innovating processes to enhance project delivery
