As a Senior Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary engagements to achieve measurable outcomes while safeguarding quality, risk, and profitability. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you will lead large projects and innovate processes, maintaining operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level. As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your specialized knowledge and technical acumen to deliver quality results and provide strategic input into the firm’s business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale projects and drive innovative process improvements
  • Maintain operational excellence through client interactions
  • Serve as a strategic advisor leveraging specialized knowledge
  • Provide insights to enhance the firms business strategies
  • Foster collaboration among multi-level teams to achieve results
  • Communicate effectively to convey impactful messages
  • Apply systems thinking to identify and address underlying issues
  • Validate outcomes with clients and incorporate their feedback
  • Lead large-scale projects, define scope, delivery approach, milestones, and success criteria for multiple engagements; oversee end to end execution.
  • Manage engagement economics (budgets, forecast, actuals, ETC) to meet margin and cash targets.
  • Direct technical reviews and signoffs for highrisk work products; resolve complex matters with SMEs and Risk/Quality.
  • Run internal improvement initiatives that enhance delivery models, efficiency, and the client experience, provide insights to enhance the firms business strategies

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 14 years of experience in Consulting with an Enterprise Performance Management background
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • BE / BTech or Chartered Accountant / MBA in Finance
  • Knowledge in Oracle EPM implementations across multiple technologies like EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS
  • Strength in knowledge of FP&A and functional processes
  • Skill in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in driving requirement analysis workshops
  • Understanding of PCMCS and Data Management
  • Agile Scrum Certification / Project Management Certification
  • Proven leadership in managing diverse teams
