As a Director, you’ll operate as a practice builder, set vision for offerings and markets, lead change, and role model values and quality.

  • Own a portfolio or market segment, shape go to market strategies, and drive profitable, scalable growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, open new relationships, form alliances, and elevate PwC’s brand.
  • Lead complex pursuits and negotiations, craft compelling proposals, commercials, and delivery models.
  • Drive account planning and pipeline, cultivate Csuite relationships, and expand share of wallet.
  • Ensure engagement quality and risk management by setting the tone for ethics, independence, and compliance.
  • Leverage digital, data, and automation to improve quality and efficiency, and scale techenabled solutions.
  • Translate industry trends and client strategy into distinctive solutions and thought leadership.
  • Orchestrate large, multilocation teams, navigate cultural nuances, and champion inclusion and wellbeing.
  • Allocate investments and resources wisely, balancing growth, risk, and profitability.
  • Represent the firm externally with clients, regulators, and industry bodies, enhancing reputation and impact.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management team you will lead a dynamic team delivering Oracle Cloud ERP and Enterprise Performance Management solutions for US clients. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and mentor the next generation of leaders while maintaining delivery excellence and innovation. This role offers the chance to collaborate closely with PwC member firms globally, enabling transformation across various business functions and enhancing client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a top-performing team in delivering Oracle Cloud ERP and Enterprise Performance Management solutions
  • Set strategic direction and drive growth initiatives for US clients
  • Mentor emerging leaders and foster a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Collaborate with global PwC member firms to enhance business transformation efforts
  • Confirm delivery excellence while enhancing client satisfaction
  • Identify and implement innovative practices in performance management
  • Promote a collaborative environment that encourages creative problem-solving
  • Uphold professional standards and ethical practices in every engagement
  • Demonstrate deep technical expertise, oversee complex risk and quality matters, and sponsor innovation and asset development
  • Build and develop high performing teams, sponsor others’ growth, and coach managers and senior managers.
  • Collaborate across Lines of Service and territories to bring integrated, outcomes focused solutions to market.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Chartered Accountants preferred
  • 18 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
