NET Developer

15–20 years of experience in software development with strong .NET expertise Hands-on experience in: C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API, MVC SQL Server (advanced querying, performance tuning) Proven experience in leading development teams (5–15 members or more) Strong understanding of software architecture patterns (Microservices, MVC, REST) Experience in system integration and enterprise application development Expertise in debugging, performance tuning, and optimization Knowledge of front-end technologies (Angular/React/JavaScript – preferred) Familiarity with CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable .NET-based applications Architect and implement solutions using .NET Framework / .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / Web API Provide technical leadership to development teams and mentor junior/mid-level developers Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Drive code quality, best practices, and coding standards across the team Participate in effort estimation, sprint planning, and project delivery Design and optimize SQL Server databases, including: Stored procedures Functions Performance tuning and query optimization Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architecture guidelines Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and production support Work closely with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product, Business)

Experience in microservices architecture and API design Exposure to cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Prior experience in client-facing/onsite roles
