In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Software Engineering team you will create engaging user experiences that enhance our Concourse platform. As a Manager you will lead design initiatives, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to maintain quality, accessible solutions while mentoring junior designers. This role presents a unique opportunity to influence user experience design and drive innovation in a dynamic, agile environment.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

• Bachelors Degree
• 6 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• 6 years of experience in UX or product design
• Advanced proficiency in Figma preferred
• Excelling in usability and accessibility principles
• Collaborating effectively in agile product teams
• Showcasing a portfolio of impactful user experience work
• Familiarity with motion or interaction design
• Experience with analytics-driven iteration
• Knowledge of GenAI-assisted tools
• Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Framer, ProtoPie)
