The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Quality Engineering team you will drive quality excellence across the organization by establishing and improving processes. As a Manager you will mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and đảm bảo that tất cả quality processes align with leading practices to deliver exceptional results.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science p
  • 7+ years of experience in software QA/QE, test engineering, quality assurance
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • Quality Process Governance & Frameworks – Ability to define, implement, and evolve QA/QE processes, standards, QMS, SOPs, templates, and governance aligned with industry models (e.g., TMMI).
  • SDLC/STLC Quality Integration – Expertise in embedding quality across the lifecycle, including requirements quality, test strategy, automation guidelines, defect management, release readiness, and CI/CD alignment.
  • Process Assurance & Metrics Management – Skills to establish and track quality KPIs, dashboards, process audits, RCA/CAPA, retrospectives, and data-driven continuous improvement.
  • Quality Risk & Issue Management – Capability to identify risks, lead incident/defect RCA, drive preventive actions, strengthen compliance, and reduce defect leakage.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Ability to partner with Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Delivery teams to operationalize quality gates, Jira workflows, automation workflows, and ensure consistent adoption.
  • Documentation, Training & Coaching – Proficiency in creating process documentation/playbooks and delivering training to QA and cross‑functional teams; strong SME skills in QA/QE best practices, Agile, DevOps, and shift‑left quality.
  • Stakeholder Management & Reporting – Strong communication skills to present quality insights, risks, adherence, and improvements to leadership and governance forums.
