A Senior Windows Server Administrator role to review monitoring dashboards (CPU, memory, disk, network I/O) and event‐log alerts, validate that overnight backups and replication jobs completed successfully. Triage new service‐desk tickets related to server outages, performance degradation, or user‐access issues. Investigate root causes, apply fixes or workarounds, and document resolutions in the ticketing system. Coordinate with application, network, or storage teams when multiple layers are involved. Patch Management and Maintenance, assess and approve Windows Server patch releases, security updates, and firmware upgrades. Schedule and deploy updates in test environments; validate application compatibility. Roll out approved patches to production servers during approved maintenance windows
