Leads observability operations across databases, infrastructure, and applications. Designs dashboards, tuning rules, alert thresholds, and automation workflows. Troubleshoots issues, conducts root cause analysis, and drives improvements in monitoring coverage and system reliability while mentoring junior engineers.

• Strong understanding of observability frameworks and SRE principles

• Ability to build and maintain scripts and automation workflows (Shell, Python, PowerShell, SQL)
