As a Problem Manager within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and availability for clients. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will design and implement robust, secure IT systems that support business operations. You will enable the smooth functioning of networks, servers, and data centers to optimize performance and minimize downtime. By leveraging a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques, you will generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to support seamless operations and availability
• Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based systems to minimize downtime and enhance performance
• Implementing industry-leading practices for cloud service delivery and infrastructure management
• Designing cloud infrastructure architecture to support business operations and client needs
• Utilizing tools like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure for cloud administration and strategy development
• Conducting cloud migration and performance optimization to improve service delivery
• Collaborating with teams to develop and execute cloud compliance and security measures
• Analyzing data to inform insights and recommendations for infrastructure improvements
• Guiding and mentoring junior team members in cloud operations and technical consultation
• Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs to deliver quality solutions
  
  

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform
• Managing Cloud Infrastructure Architecture Design and Optimization
• Demonstrating proficiency in Cloud Migration and CloudOps
• Excelling in Cloud-Based Service Management and Cloud Compliance
• Leveraging Apptio and Dynatrace APM for performance monitoring
• Applying analytical thinking to solve complex cloud issues
• Embracing change and fostering intellectual curiosity in cloud environments
