Job Summary: PwC’s Managed Services team is seeking a seasoned and visionary Enterprise Architect – Delivery Leader to lead end-to-end solution design, technology integration, and architectural governance across large-scale managed services engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Strategy & Solution Design:

  • Define and maintain the target enterprise architecture across infrastructure, applications, data, security, and integration layers.
  • Translate client business objectives into technology solutions.
  • Lead architectural reviews and technical assessments.

Delivery Leadership & Governance

  • Oversee architecture delivery and ensure solution integrity.
  • Guide service delivery leaders and tower leads in aligning operations with architectural principles.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to client technology leadership.
  • Support pre-sales and renewal activities.
  • Build relationships with enterprise architects and stakeholders.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive technology modernization initiatives.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies.
  • Foster a culture of technical excellence.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Mentor solution architects and delivery managers.
  • Contribute to PwC’s architecture frameworks and assets.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Certifications: TOGAF, AWS, Azure, GCP, ITIL, SAFe, PMP preferred.

Experience Profile: 12–18 years in IT architecture and delivery leadership. Experience in managed services engagements. Hands-on and strategic experience in Cloud, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity.

Key Competencies: Strategic thinking and problem-solving. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Leadership presence and consultative mindset.
