Marketo Developer

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Marketo implementation/support.
• Strong working knowledge of Marketo components (programs, smart campaigns, segmentation, forms, email/landing pages).
• Experience with integrations and data flows between commerce and marketing systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BE/ME/BTECH/MTECH/MCA/MSC/MBA or equivalent education. Key Responsibilities: Marketo Development & Automation
• Configure and support Marketo programs, smart campaigns, lead lifecycle flows, scoring, segmentation, and nurture journeys.
• Build and maintain email and landing page templates, tokens, forms, and operational workflows to improve campaign efficiency.
• Ensure data quality and governance through standardization, validation, and ongoing monitoring of lead and activity data. Collaboration & Delivery
• Partner with stakeholders to translate marketing and commerce needs into technical solutions and delivery plans.
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and best practices for secure, maintainable implementations.
• Support release planning, deployments, and post-release validation across commerce and marketing automation changes.
